Certo, dovresti comprendere,

ascoltare, imparare, restare aperto,

Allo stesso modo,

ogni persona

deve essere autenticamente se stessa,

totalmente e unicamente se stessa.

The spiritual seeker knows that there are many different schools of thought regarding the Art of Meditation, which, if properly practiced, will result in both inner peace and a balanced state of mind.
In addition, meditation offers clarity and improved powers of discernment and discrimination as well as increased respect and tolerance towards one’s fellowmen and all other forms of life.
When we learn to meditate, we learn to live in the Now. We learn to know, feel, see and stay in a peaceful, loving, joyful and satisfied state of mind – in the here and now !
Meditation does not mean to distance oneself from reality or to alienate oneself excessively – it is,of course, always important to keep one’s feet on the ground. To meditate means to experience a higher level of consciousness which results in an attitude of peace, clarity and serenity in everyday activities.
What is the difference between Raja Yoga Meditation and others types of meditation?
One of its characteristics is that of keeping one’s eyes open whilst meditating. Training myself to have positive thoughts helps me not only in my day-to-day activities but also improves my ability to handle unexpected and challenging situations. Becoming a master of the art of meditation with open eyes can be very useful in everyday life – thus I can walk along the street whilst in a meditative state and, at the same time, be focused on the present and fully aware of my surroundings.
Once I have learnt the basic conditions and practices of Raja Yoga, I can, if I so wish, continue my inner journey with the help of expert yogis who are available for early morning meditation sessions, seminars and intensive courses.
It may also be noticed that the Raja Yoga method of meditation is taught by members of a nonprofit organization. All courses are offered free of charge thus voluntary contributions are welcomed.
